If your vehicle complies with GB/T (Chinese standard) or NACS (American standard) requirements, please bring your own qualified and insured adapter

Q5: Why doesn’t the charging speed reach the maximum power claimed by the device when using fast charging (e.g., 160kW)?
This isn’t a hardware issue. The charging speed is determined by both the charger and the vehicle, influenced by:

• Vehicle hardware limitations: Each electric vehicle has a different maximum power reception capacity. For example, if your vehicle can only handle up to 50kW, then even when connected to a 160kW charging station, the charging speed will be limited to 50kW.

• Battery Level (SoC): The vehicle operates at its fastest speed when the battery level is between 20% and 80%. Once the battery level exceeds 80%, the vehicle slows down automatically to protect the battery.

• Battery Temperature: Both overheating and undercooling of the battery can trigger protection mechanisms that limit power output.
